We’re excited to share an update on our initiative to promote fair and inclusive job recommendations in Algeria. After successfully completing the first round of online developer workshops, we’ve just wrapped up the second phase of training!

10 talented women came together to further develop their skills in building unbiased AI systems. Through interactive sessions and hands-on exercises, they explored advanced techniques .

The engagement and innovative ideas from this diverse group have been truly inspiring.

With the workshops now complete, we’re moving forward to the next steps – facilitating stakeholder forums, analyzing survey data, and developing concrete solutions to ensure equal opportunities for women in Algeria’s job market.
